Timm Ullrichs Poster
Timm Ullrichs denominates himself as a "Totalartist", since 1959.
He is a professor of sculpture and "Totalart" at the University of Münster.
On the 27th of May 2008, he visited the University of Art and Design Kassel for a lecture. In the backround of my poster you can see the "total" University of Art and Design Kassel.
Fiction or Non - Fiction Book
Are we alone? Or does there exist intelligent life outside of our universe, who visit us? This is the one question everybody is asking themselves. Aliens and UFOs surround us with a big fascination. But what is true and what you can believe about the conspiracy theory? I add my personal perspective to the topic in the following book.
T-Shirt
Front Side: Je te connais nue Back Side: Scandale
"Sex sells" is one of the important rules in Grafik Design. In the last decades many experts have discussed, "where are the boundaries; when is it to much?"Even the First Lady of France, Carla Bruni, can be seen naked on the internet.
So, why do we make a big deal out of this topic, instead we could just say: "I know how you look naked".
I´m doing so, the world would be saved and we can concentrate us on more important thinks. Or is this maybe a scandal, nowadays.
Logo
This is a Logo for a roofing-company in Munich. I created it under the direction of
Professor Tarja Nieminen at the University of Art and Design Helsinki.

Logo
Tom & Thomas is a company that helps kids to found their own company in the
Netherlands. This work rose up during my time at the Agency Postmachina in Amsterdam.
Nils Klinger Book
Nils Klinger is an artistical photographer at the University of Art and Design Kassel. In a group of three persons, we created this Photobook under the direction of Professor Ott and Professor Stein.
Don't hurt my copyright 2006-2010
Ott + Stein Poster
Professor Nicolaus Ott and Professor Bernhard Stein aren´t just the people who showed me the first steps in Grafik Design, they are fixed components in the Grafik Design scene in Berlin. A duo, that is a perfect match. In spring of 2008, based on their successful relationships and work, there was an exhibition in Berlin.
Postage Stamp
Heinrich Hoffmann is a German all around talent. He was a great medical practionar, he tried his best in the social political direction and wrote some shocking fairy tales like the Struwwelpeter.
On my stamp conzept you can see the three boys from the story "Die Geschichte von den schwarzen Buben".
I changed the objects that the youngsters hold in their hands. Instead of a banner, a hoop and a pretzel they hold characteristic objects from Heinrich Hoffmann. There is a symbol for medicine, the feather as symbol of his creative life and the German flag. The German flag has existed since 1948, caused by a hot political movement, during which Heinrich Hoffmann was an active member.
Mielen Terveys Magazine
Mielen Terveys is a mental health magazine in Helsinki. On the basis of little revenue the layout of Mielen Terveys has not been professional addressed by a graphic designer, making the look and feel cheap and cold. I have gained intimate knowledge about magazines and their set-up from Saku Heinänen. In every issue a different colour dominates the spread in cooperation with the associated pictures. With the help of the font "Sauna", I could blow a little finish heat into the concept. The coverpicture is from Jens Gerber.
Memory Game
Under the direction of Professor Tarja Nieminen, I made this memory game for exchange students about the University of Art and Design Helsinki. The student guide information is printed on a hugh poster. Normally, the flats for exchange students are empty and dingy. But with the new poster, you can create a new room feeling with benefit informations. Thus, the new exchange students have the possibility to come togehter and play a game, about their new University.
Russendisko / Russiansdisco Book
One of my first projects on the University of Art and Design Kassel include a illustration about the book "Russian Disco" from Wladimir Kaminer under the direction of Hendrik Dorgathen. He gave us a book from the flea Market, where we had to illustrate the story from "Russian Disco". I decided to cut out the body content from every page, to create a new format. Than I wrote the whole story on coloured paper with a type-writer and created the strips as shown. The illustrations are copies from Berlin city guides.
